This Privacy Policy explains how Cam Uptime Alerts ("we", "us"), operated by Erbacci LTD, collects and uses information. Contact: info@erbacciltd.com.
Cam Uptime Alerts notifies you when a linked Ring camera or doorbell goes offline and when it comes back online, and shows basic uptime history. It is a connectivity-awareness convenience — not a security or life-safety guarantee.
The app is metadata-only. We receive device connectivity events (online/offline), device identifiers and names, and event timestamps from Ring. We do not access, request, store, or process any live video, recorded clips, image snapshots, audio, or biometric data. We use no facial recognition and no AI/vision models.
We use the data solely to detect offline devices and notify you, and to run your account. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. Processors: Amazon Web Services (hosting, push via SNS), Resend (email delivery), Apple/Google (push transport), and Ring (Amazon) (identity + connectivity webhooks). We disclose information only where required by valid legal process.
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Account & settings | Until you delete your account |
| Device list & live status | Until the device is removed or account deleted |
| Uptime transition history | ~8 days (rolling) |
| Push tokens | Until unregistered or account deleted |
| Diagnostic logs | 30 days |
Delete your account and all associated data any time from Settings → Delete account, or email info@erbacciltd.com. Removing the integration from your Ring app revokes our access immediately.
TLS in transit, AWS-managed encryption at rest, HMAC verification on every Ring webhook, short-lived signed session tokens, and least-privilege IAM.
Not directed to children under 13. Operated from the United States; by using it you consent to processing in the US.
