These Terms govern your use of Cam Uptime Alerts (the "Service"), operated by Erbacci LTD. By using the Service you accept these Terms.
Cam Uptime Alerts notifies you when a linked Ring device goes offline/online and shows basic uptime history. It is free. It is not a security system, alarm, or life-safety device, and is not a substitute for any of those.
Alerts depend on third parties (Ring's connectivity signals, your network, and Apple/Google push and email delivery) that may delay, drop, or fail to deliver notifications. We make no warranty that any alert will be delivered timely, accurately, or at all, and disclaim responsibility for any loss arising from reliance on the Service.
You must own or be authorised to manage the Ring devices you link, and must not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erbacci LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Delete your account any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, unless local consumer-protection law grants you a non-waivable different forum.
