• Not getting alerts? Check the device is set up and reachable in the Ring app, confirm notifications are enabled for Cam Uptime Alerts, and note that we wait for your chosen offline threshold (1/3/5 min) before alerting to avoid false alarms from brief Wi-Fi blips.
